20 MINUTES AWAY FROM A TIGHTER TUSH AND TONED THIGHS


You probably have only 20 free minutes off your very busy schedule and you want to dedicate these to both your tush and thighs. Here is the one move that will help you immensely. Do this on a daily basis
The sumo squat
A very powerful exercise that focuses mostly on the thigh muscles; making them slimmer, smooth and toned. It also works on your tush making it tighter.
So how is it done?

Get in the squat position with the feet pointing in opposite directions. Then propel yourself upwards into a jump, straightening your legs and as you land, lower yourself into the squat position. Repeat this for about a minute
