10 YOGA POSES TO CURE INSOMNIA


8.                   Short meditation
Sit cross legged in bed with your head against a pillow. Close your eyes, hands on your thighs, and allow yourself to breathe.

9.                   Seated twist
Sit cross legged, inhale and sit up tall. Exhale while twisting your torso to the right. Stay here for a few deep and slow breaths. Switch sides and repeat.

10.                   Sleep

Get into any comfortable position while facing down and sleep.
