SIMPLE YOGA POSES FOR PEOPLE WHO SIT TOO MUCH

1.       Ankle-to-knee

Sit up tall and stack your left ankle on your right knee. If you feel wide in your hips, crawl your fingers forward. Hold in this position for three deep but slow breaths and then switch ankles.
