10 YOGA POSES TO CURE INSOMNIA


3.                   Reclining big-toe hold

Lie flat on the floor or mat, facing the ceiling. Inhale and raise your leg straight up and hold it by the big toe if you’re flexible enough. Hold it to when you feel the slightest discomfort kicking in. keep your leg straight as you slowly bring it towards your head. Moves it slightly closer with each exhale. Do a few slow but deep breathes and then switch legs.
