10 YOGA POSES TO CURE INSOMNIA


2.                   Reclining twist

Lie on a mat to face the ceiling. Inhale and hug your left knee into your chest. Exhale and twist the leg so that the knee makes 90-degrees while kissing the mat. With your head looking in the opposite direction, and your right hand fully stretched, and chest facing upwards, stay in this pose for a few, slow but deep breathes. Switch sides.
