10 YOGA POSES TO CURE INSOMNIA


As we all know, yoga never disappoints. So if you have any troubles sleeping, be sure to try out these poses and you will be the newest testimony.

1.                   Knees to chest pose

Lie on the ground facing up with your head resting on a pillow. Grab your shin and pull your leg towards your chest and stay in this pose for a few deep breaths. Switch leg and repeat.
