Buh – bye bat wings


Sick and tired of jingly arms here is how to transform bat wings to toned arms
a)      Exercise and diet change, strength training and cardio exercise of up to 150 minutes though change in diet proves to give best of results
b)      Reduce calories to up to 250 calories a day
c)      Eat whole grains i.e. brown rice, wheat pasta and oats
d)      Eat proteins like nuts lean meat tofu
e)      Heart friendly oils like olive oil and canola oil
f)       Fruits

g)      Vegetables
