SIMPLE YOGA POSES FOR PEOPLE WHO SIT TOO MUCH
Ankle-to-ankle
Sit up straight and stack your left ankle. . If you feel wide in your hips, crawl your fingers forward. Hold in this position for three deep but slow breaths and then switch ankles.
