FIGHT CRAMPS NATURALLY


“That pain is unbearable!” is what all my female friends tell me whenever this topic comes up. Some even go ahead to propose that they wish it was men with that sort of pain. I can only imagine. But the great news is that this pain can be gotten rid of. How? Take these homemade recipes.
1.      Green tea

This is very good at soothing the cramps. Since most green tea contains caffeine (which should be avoided when cramping) take the decaffeinated variation.
