LEMON REMEDY: MENSTRUAL CRAMPS, HEADACHE, SORE THROAT

Lemon contains the greatest amount of potassium among most fruits. It also contains other important minerals and elements for example vitamin c, calcium, vitamin B complex, magnesium, iron, and fibre. These help relieve headaches, cramps and sore throats. So how do we use lemon to cure the above? Here is how to prepare the different recipe.

1.      Recipe to cure menstrual cramps
This recipe should be taken early in the morning in order to keep the body hydrated for the whole day.
Ingredients
1 glass of warm water
1 tablespoon of honey
1 lemon

Preparation
Squeeze the lemon to obtain juice, add the juice to warm water and then add the honey. Stir well and drink.

2.      Recipe to cure headache
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
½ cup of water
2 tablespoon of honey

Preparation
Warm the water over a medium flame but don’t allow it to boil. Add the juice and honey once the water is really warm. Stir well and drink.

3.      Recipe to cure sore throats
This recipe should be taken every couple of hours. It has anti-bacterial properties that get rid of the throat infections.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
1 glass of warm water
¼ tablespoon of black salt
1 tablespoon of honey

Preparation

Heat the water to boil and add the lemon juice. Add the salt and honey, mix well and drink.
